Packing
Small prints on heavy paper are sent flat packed. Medium and large prints will be sent rolled in wide diameter tubes
Postage
Within U.K:
All prints are sent via British Mail 2nd class 'Recorded' - depending on size and order it will either go as a medium packet or large packet, and in some instances for very large items I will send via Hermes or DPL.
UK Delivery is usually within 4-5 days, but please allow 14 days for busy periods and holidays
Rest of World:
Unfortunately due to COVID19 I am currently unable to post outside UK. I am available on email for any special queries.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform me by email within 72 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be reported by email within 72 hours of the goods being received.
Refunds will be given strictly by discretion. I reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Replacement Policy
I will only replace prints if replacements are available and sufficient proof is provided along with reasoning, otherwise you will be offered a full or part refund.
Damage
I do not accept liability for damage/loss in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging on delivery before signing for. Any obvious structural damage to the tubes/box must be brought to the attention of the postal delivery service before opening. Photographic evidence of the damage is required within 72 hours of receipt.
